Difficult to see where the actual driveway entrance into the hotel 🏨 is. Didn’t look appealing from the outside but what a great suprise when you get in. Beautiful lobby, nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice breakfast. Loved the complimentary coffee/tea and cold water available 24/7 in the lobby. Highly recommended

Everythings been great nice staff clean rooms parking is good complimentary breakfast is a plus. You do hear traffic but its to be expected giving the location of the hotel I suggest getting a interior room if noise may bothers you

Elevators broke down for weeks , had to drag all my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. No front entrance you have to go in through ally and garage in a very unsafe area, not anywhere near the airport no shuttle ect. People next to my room fighting banging walls late at night! Then banking on my door after I told manager! I barricade my self in my room till morning then got the heck out of there! Horrible do not recommend!!

The website advertised an airport shuttle and there was not one. The room itself was clean and well kept. We stayed in the area for a football game at SoFi and it was worth it to not have to sit in traffic for hours afterward as we just walked back. There were not too many restaurants close by to walk to however. The elevator was broken, laundry was out of service, and their patio they have was also closed.
