Great rooms... clean facility... House keepers are amazing.... and on it.... NOT Impressed at all with the front desk staff.. I felt like I was in the way.... felt like my requests were an inconvenience.. not friendly.... just there to check off the boxes... not cool.... AT ALL ...

Never slept this good in a hotel!
This hotel was great. Updated and very clean. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Our room had a plugged bathroom sink and there were ants in our third floor bathroom. Even with that, I would and probably will stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable and I got three nights of amazing sleep.

Main lobby elevator not working properly. Continental breakfast was weak House keeping did not service the room completely on our second day. Mattress seem to be well used.

Love the renovation. I love the fridge/microwave in the room. So easy to check in and check out. Bed was super comfy. The location is perfect for our drive from Tucson to Norcal as a stop. Breakfast is also awesome!

For the price it was just ok. Loud occupants above and below. Lots of staff, but no ONE spoke English. Breakfast was ok, sliced ham from a package, eggs were not REAL, place was clean.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. My main concern was that the bathtub faucet would not completely close, so there was water dribbling out all the time. Even a few drops is not good, but this was actually dribbling. I tried to report it at the front desk when we checked out at around nine am, but nobody was there, even waiting three minutes.
