Waited for two hours for shuttle and did not arrive, rang numerous times and was spoken to in a condescending manner. Eventually told there’s no more shuttles and charged my card. I booked at another hotel and had shuttle pick me up with 15 minutes. Disgusting , fraudulent excuse of a business. Avoid at all costs

They were very unprofessional to other guest in line. They didn’t like coming up with solutions to issues guest had. They would answer the phone and put you on hold and hang up eventually multiple times. The list goes on but I will never return to a motel 6.

Inconvenient you have to go down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee to fine out they had no coffee cause they ran out,which is not supposed to happen so you have to buy some a vending machine,what you pay to stay there couldn't they afford to have a coffee pot in each room.

Check in was good, there was only one person to check in a long line of people, that took awhile, however she was unflappable, pleasant , efficient, welcoming and excellent at her job. Gave us awakeup call and vouchers for the shuttle . It would be nicer if the shuttle ran till midnight though as our plane was late and we missed it.The other big hotel shuttles were still running.

Would prefer a place that does not accept pets. Large dogs barking at each other at check-in. Only two staff at check-in at 7 pm....very slow. Hotel is very basic. Requested a 5 am wake-up call which never came. (Staff said the fires in Los Angeles may have knocked out their system.....possibly.) Had I not brought a travel alarm, we would have missed our flight. Location is very noisy, planes flying low overhead at all hours.
