We loved that we were so close to Universal, and while you could walk the shuttle was so convenient and it came every 15 minutes so the wait wasn’t very long if you missed one. There were also EV chargers that you could use so it was convenient to charge the car overnight or in one of the Tesla superchargers. There was only one restaurant on property but the food was delicious! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Universal.

Horrible customer service, had to move rooms 2 times, then all managers proceeded to argue with me about what type room i payed for. After 48 hours of back and forth they finaly admitted they were wrong. They downgraded room for 1 night with no discount. Never again!

Always enjoy staying here. Had a great experience this time with everyone from those checking me in to the coffee shop baristas. The shuttle is super convenient to Universal. Great view from room and lots of options on TV for channels and streaming.

Good location but many negatives
First impressions weren’t good. We were placed in the Terrace Level (aka the basement), near the gym and elevator room). The corridor on route to the room was dirty (carpets and walls). Our room was ok, but the bedside table was missing and there was a lot of wear and tear. Final night our neighbours decided to have a party. This went on past 5am and the occupants ignored security when they were called. So we were feeling really ill and exhausted when checking out. Main plus is location - 10min walk to the park.
