When we first got there the manager was soooo helpful! Everything was clean and beautiful! They were very accommodating and caring. He told me about the IHg rewards and helped me get set up patiently. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! From the decor to the room. The grounds were clean and very attractive!

The hotel as far as a kitchenette and nice bathroom with a good size to it. The only issue i had with my stay is there was no hot water and the supervisor acted as if they did not want to help. I have an issue with customer service if you have an attitude because your building isnā€™t up to par why take it out on the customer?

The staff, cleanliness, accommodations and facilities are awesome! There did seem to be some longer term guests who were tired and grumpy. Also it is located adjacent to the noisy freeway at a bisy intersection. Access to CSU Long Beach is ideal.

The good: Hotel and rooms were very clean. Front desk was friendly, and helpful, check in and check out. Room was as described, a 2 bedroom suite, with 2 bathrooms and a common area. Price was what I would expect to pay for this room and level of accommodations. The bad: $15 for parking. Why? It's not secure, there is nothing special about it. Free breakfast: Ends at 9am and they are taking away a tremendous amount of food a few minutes after. I watched them turn 2 families away and I don't understand why. There was so much food and 9am is incredibly early to end breakfast. Not quite the perk you may otherwise think it is.

The morning coffee and breakfast was closed early. The biggest problem was the Air Conditioning in the rooms which seemed to reset themselves and I have pictures. I would leave the room in the morning air was great and come back and it had reset itself to a higher temp and the room was warm and would take hours to get better.
