Roaches in the bathroom and coming out of the bathtub the walls are dirty. The outside of the property looks abandoned and the doors don’t shut all the way. The curtains are cut with scissors so it won’t block the AC unit from blowing cold air. The guest services were really nice and had good customer service.

I didnt stay because even though the site says pet friendly it is not. The man at the front desk apologized for the miscommunication and said i could cancel and he would refund. Hotels.com called and emailed and he never replied to either of them. Even after he said i can refund if they call or email to agree to refund. He lied, i canceled and had to stay elsewhere. So i paid for two different hotels.

At night there were cockroaches outside everywhere. Pool hours says 9 am and there was a guy cleaning the pool until 10 am n check out was at 11 am so no time for pool. No continental breakfast. I would not stay at this inn anymore.

This property scammed me , after I stayed a week all prepaid , I asked them if I can extend for another 2 days , which she said ok to after I booked the other two days that took me approximately 5 minutes to do, she then proceeds to speak to the manager and tell me that I took too long to do it , and that it’s passed checkout time , I tried telling her I will pay an extra fee for the overtime that it took me to rebook , she declined and told me she will call the police on me. After contacting Expedia to get my refund for the 2 days that I extended , they declined to refund me . This place is scamming people , stay away!

Needs more attention on the cleanness of the outside of the property... i love the doble for access to the rooms that's a but i needs to be cleaner. On the outside the inside was immaculate thumbs up to the cleaning staff on the rooms great job ladys.
