Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Champagne offered while checking in was a nice bonus. I loved the Galaxy/space theme. The bar downstairs had plenty of charging stations. Cute robot served us our drinks. Location is very convenient with the train station underneath.

A run of the mill airport hotel, nothing special. We missed our shuttle pickup because the picture and colour of the shuttle bus shown on the website was completely different from the actual bus with poor identifying information

The hotel is very convenient to the airpor with a free shuttle. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and the breakfast very nice. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and quiet.

The location is near downtown. Nice hotel. I loved it. But, I was surprised by both hotels in Seville and Madrid, although I booked the rooms with breakfast, I had to pay again when I had arrived.

The evening staff were incredible especially in the Diana Bar, the breakfast staff didn't look like they wanted to be there and the breakfast was cold even though we arrived when it opened.
