Breakfast is an awful experience, hotel is ok.
Stayed in the hotel for a United game. Hotel location is good tram stop nearby. Room had some marks on the floor, nothing major but not overly clean. The worst part was breakfast. I would rather pay extra for breakfast than the entire hotel have it offered for free as there was no way for staff to either manage numbers or keep on top of the breakfast buffet. We went at 9am. No plates. No where to sit. No rolls or croisants - all gone not to be replenished. No fruit or yoghurts. The hot food was always out of items never a hash brown in sight - so we could not get a full breakfast. Absolutely one of the worse breakfast experiences we have had and we wouldn’t return because of this next time we come for the football. I appreciate they were busy with guests from the match the previous evening, but there needs to be some system to cope with large numbers all in one go.

Nice rooms shower could use a bit more water pressure, I didn’t like the £50 deposit and £3 parking charge this is wrong and not required, otherwise a nice holel

Great hotel. Walking distance to Trafford Centre. Lovely breakfast with GF options available. Great room. Shame the tea and coffee selection is v basic and they charge extra to park your car in the car park. Not sure I understand why you have to charge for parking given its remote location.
