We booked an executive twin room for the 3 of us for my mums birthday.
Check in took a little while but there was a gentleman handing out water to people waiting which was a nice touch.
The room was lovely and spacious, even with the double sofa bed out. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Free drinks in the mini bar and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room to keep us going.
Access to the executive lounge was a bonus where we grabbed some snacks and drinks after a long day shopping. Lots of choice at breakfast, staff couldn't be more accomodating and wondeful.
The only downside I could say is that the lifts did take a while.
Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back!
