Our room wasn’t ready in time. I called no word of a lie 3 times for clean towels. I assume they were short staffed but will not go back there for sure. Pool isn’t heated. Hot tub looked like a pond green gross.

High end hotel in a great location for nightlife.
Hotel is ina great location for walking anytime of day. We felt very safe walking in the area at night. Very active night life in the area of Miami. Room was large as was the bathroom and shower. Staff was very helpful. Easy Uber drive to the airport.

Great hotel staff was friendly food was good at the restaurant. Comforter on the bed had a large red stain on it that was hidden under the sheet and should have never been placed on the bed. A new one was requested. Otherwise it is clean and close to shopping and theater.

From the first impression by Valet greeting me at my car, to the bellhop who helped with my luggage, to the front desk agent that not only let me check in early but also upgraded me to the top floor- my experience was TOP TIER! This hotel looks amazing and is in a wonderful area with lots of walkable options and a great restaurant on property.
