Not a value for the money. One of the two elevators was out; had to get in line to ride the only functional elevator during busy hours. Old property, location is the only positive.

When you have 2 elevators and one goes down it should be considered a service emergency and all efforts possible made to repair within 24 hours. 4 days later and no sign of anyone trying to fix it. Totally unacceptable.

I booked an oceanfront room that was advertised with pictures as having a balcony large enough for a table and chairs. What I was given was a “balcony” so narrow that you can’t stand on it and close the sliding door at the same time!! Staff said pictures on the website aren’t real or meant to depict the room you get. Keep this in mind when you’re choosing hotels.

There were two elevators but one wasn’t working and apparently has been broken for some time. This is very disappointing for a Marriott. We were on the 11th floor, which was the highest floor, and we would wait forever for an elevator or sit on the elevator and stop at almost every floor. It was awful!

I love that you have direct access to the beach. also it’s close to all the excitement but far enough away you can still have peace at night without hearing all the noise from parties
