Very happy with our stay. We booked this property for its proximity to the cruise port. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, coffee shops and things to see. Short Uber ride to see South Beach. We felt very safe as well. They have a security person in the lobby at all times and guests must use their room key card to access the elevator up to the rooms. Would absolutely stay here again for our next cruise.

Early check in for a fee happened to be available and was very nice to have as an option. Rooms were outdated and need some TLC, but for a night was good! Would suggest having a mini fridge. The resort/convenience fee was a little ridiculous. It covers 2 bottles of hot water, wifi, gym access, but property does not have a pool. We didn't utilize any of these including waters but were charged. Dining on site was really good, pricey but delicious. Overall I would stay again, specifically because the front desk delivered good service and food on site was good.

This place had its best days, broken glass in the elevator, lights of elevator button broken, hairs stuck to the wall of the shower, every carpet with a different weird unclean smell, stains over stains … I’ll stop here. It was affordable and convenient to what we needed. That’s about it.

It’s very old and run down. Does not seems to be in the best area. Rooms and bathroom were tiny and very dated. We just stayed here for a few hours before a cruise and it served it’s purpose but I would not have wanted to spend any more time there.

Estás ubicado frente a bayside, nos dieron una margarita de cortesia, la habitación pequena, tenia una ventana no muy grande lo cual parecia oscura poca iluminación, tuvimos que pagar parqueadero a 2 cuadras del hotel, fueron 42 dolares por 10 horas, tienes un bar restaurante ahi mismo en el hotel, ofrecen cafe para los huespedes a cualquier hora, buen servicio

I liked the property because it was close to the Miami Port where I take my cruises from. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was elevators were small and slow. Many of us walked down the stairs with our luggage so that we would not miss our cruise.

It was a bit unexpected. I felt the quality of the hotel was like one of those motels/inn on the beach. The staff were nice but they didn't understand what I was asking when I spoke in English. My stay was only one night but for the amount of money I paid I expected better.
