We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!

An amazing hotel in Hirschegg/Mittelberg
This was an amazing stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel! Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful and spacious, the facilities are great, staff members are so welcoming and helpful, the area and views from the balcony were breathtaking and the food is delicious. At night there was a piano player which was joyful.

nice hotel with excellent wellness facilities (swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, sauna(s), steambath, gym. :-) Service is friendly but sometimes a bit "mechanical" :-(

Better than perfect!
My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. If there was a word that is above perfect, we would use it! Beautiful surroundings, big rooms, clean, a wide choice of amenities that you struggle to make a choice, friendly staff. A short review does not give this hotel justice. Easily one of the best I have ever stayed at, and you get to use the cable cars and busses for free too! This is the hotel for you if you love the countryside, mountains, and adventure, but also value comfort and style.

das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. wunderschön gelegen im Kleinwalsertal. Die Walser Allgäu-Karte gibt es für die Gäste kostenlos(enorme Ersparnis wenn man sich etwas anschaut Pfand 5,00 Pro Karte). Lohnenswert ist die Halbpension (3 Mahlzeiten) , das Essen spitze und Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt, wenn sie im Rahmen sind. Die Preise sind gehoben (insbesondere beim Wein). Pool und Spa einfach toll. Minibar wurde Tag frisch bestückt mit Bier, Wasser und Säfte. Ein toller Service ohne Aufpreis. Obst und Wasser stehen auch für Ausflüge kostenlos zur Verfügung. Es gab auch Dinge die uns nicht so gefallen haben wie z.B. Vorhänge sind 20 cm zu kurz (daher früh wach), benutztes Geschirr etc. an den Liegen, die nicht weggeräumt wurden und bei den Zimmerpreisen eine Gebühr für Tiefgarage!

Gelungene Ferienwoche im Kleinwalsertal
Wir haben die Woche im Kleinwalsertal genossen und das Hotel hat sicherlich dazu beigetragen. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Bei einigen Punkten waren wir für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein bisschen überrascht. Beim Abendessen gab es nur an ausgewählten Abenden ein Saladbuffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber konnte zum Teil kein Deutsch. Wir hatten zeitweise auch den Eindruck, dass es von der Anzahl eher an der unteren Grenze sich bewegte. Bei den Geräten im Fitnessraum hätten wir uns mehr erwartet aber das hätten wir im Vorfeld auch besser abklären können. Der Fitnessbereich samt Infinity Pool machte Eindruck.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Travel Charme. Das Zimmer war toll und sauber. Hervorzuheben sind der superschöne Wellnessbereich mit allem was das Herz begehrt, sehr sauber freundlich und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist liebevoll & stilbewusst eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber & ordentlich. Unser Zimmer war geräumig & das Badezimmer schön groß. Was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Wasserkocher. Wir haben zwar zum Flaschen aufbereiten für unser Kind ein Gerät bekommen, das hat aber mit unserer Sorte Flaschen nicht funktioniert. Leider war unser Zimmer auch direkt unter dem Arbeitsraum des Hotelpersonals, so dass von ca 21:00 - 22:30 ziemlich laute Geräusche zu hören waren. Da wir mit Baby unterwegs waren, war das ziemlich störend für uns. Ansonsten ist die Kinderfreundlichkeit in dem Hotel hervorragend! Unserem Kind hat das Spielzimmer besonders gut gefallen. Der Spa- & Saunabereich ist schön & makellos sauber. Natürlich ist der Skypool das absolute Highlight des Hotels. Die Temperaturen in beiden Pools, könnten allerdings ein paar Grad wärmer sein (wir waren über Ostern dort). Einen Bereich für Kinder gibt es im Poolbereich nich. Ist also eher weniger geeignet, da das Wasser für unser 11 Monate altes Kind auch etwas zu kalt war. Unser Fazit: Für kinderlosen Urlaub.. ein TRAUM! Mit Kind waren ein paar Wünsche offen.
