Due to its location in YMT, it is super close to everything from restaurants to Fa Yuen Street to TST and Mongkok. Rooms are nice and a fair size so no worries here. I will give a big thumbs up to their elevators. Never had to wait more than a minute and there were 4 elevators moving people all the time.

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication to ensuring guests' utmost comfort and satisfaction. The on-site restaurant provides a remarkable dining experience. The overall service is of the highest caliber, reflecting the establishment's effective management. The front desk personnel, particularly Eddie, Cathy, Yan, and Gus, exemplify professionalism and efficiency in handling check-in and check-out procedures.
