Staff was great and amazingly helpful. Property condition most everything was clean had trouble with the age of the building no elevator and the lack of sound separation between rooms. I was woken up one time at two in the morning and one time at four in the morning because of loud people in other rooms

We did like breakfast. Property requires a major upgrade. You get what you pay. Windows are not anti noise as advertised. We had some rainy days and we had leaks on the roof. Noise from the AC. Smelly rooms. Location is great. People from restaurant area was great.

The bathrooms are in dire need of updating; they are old and have numerous stains. A complete renovation of all the bathrooms is necessary. I also noticed a dead roach on the pool deck that remained in the same spot throughout my stay. On the positive side, the location is central, and the lobby and main entrance are quite nice.
