Really friendly and helpful staff. The resort is fantastic, wonderful view to wake up to. Quiet area. The hotel seems quite old and needs upgrading but all the facilities are complete regardless. I wish the roads on the way to the hotel is upgraded.

This hotel has the potential to be great, but it needs significant improvements. Despite having a room with an ocean view, the room itself was quite ordinary, and the bathroom looked old and in need of an upgrade. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was rainy and windy, and the windows were not properly sealed, allowing wind to come through. The food was terrible. My first experience at dinner was so bad that I couldn't finish my meal and ended up with a stomachache. Breakfast was no better, with moldy bread, limited variety, and flies everywhere. Additionally, my daughter and I had a "couple massage," which was the worst massage I've ever had. The two ladies were chatting and laughing the whole time, and my daughter said her masseuse barely did any massage on her. It was a complete waste of money.

It was OK, but that was all sadly. Accommodation was dirty & not modern. The staff were not friendly or helpful. We had breakfast one morning which was pricey for what it was. It was very poor standard of food and the hot stuff came out slowly and there was no organisation. We were very disappointed, so wont be back.

I could see that it ‘once’ was a beautiful property but it hasn’t been kept up at all. Our room had a very bad stench, that lasted the entire time we were there, like the toilet had flooded and it wasn’t cleaned up properly. The food was plain, mostly boiled, expensive and lacking variety which was more pleasant and plentiful to the birds who seemingly took up residence in the main dining area. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

The staff was always in very bad mood and was almost rude when we asked something. The restaurant is very expensive compared to other restaurants and resorts in the area. Our bure was in need of a good renovation as windows were not closing properly.

I enjoyed my stay with Club Fiji. It has amazing view from the bure, quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for sometime quiet time for yourself, don't forget Club Fiji Resort.The sunset and seaview from the patio is amazing

Beautiful property and relaxed, family atmosphere -- a good place to chill and relax. Staff was friendly -- service was ok -- many things missed and have to remind them but they did follow through. Room was not clean and kitchen and utensils were not well maintained and certainly not well cleaned. Don't expect a 4 star resort experience but overall the tradeoff was worth it for the property, views, and atmosphere.

The place was tidy but not clean at all. The bathroom floor was wet and the toilet paper was damp. It did not smell good. The road on the way to the place is so bad so if you have a rental maybe consider another place. We didn’t stay at all as the room was far from how it looked in the photos very misleading. We did get a refund though, which we were grateful for. The staff are also so kind and lovely, which is a positive.

It is a very very very old Hotel furniture is so bad there is no curtain in the window. It’s a very old way of covered the window with some wood. Most of it broken light so bad air condition is so bad everything inside the room. It is terrible so old. i’m very old.
