We hadn't stayed here in about 5 years, but were super happy with our return. Although the hotel is looking a little tired, it really was amazing value for money. Very safe and clean, excellent service across the board with staff who were always willing to go above and beyond. Location to shops and dining is very convenient as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return again :)

We were regulars, but it was our first visit in about a decade, and we were hesitant about coming back with so many new options in Naples and the surrounding towns. It was as good as we remember, welcoming and unpretentious.

Everything about this hotel is amazing staff the room are large clean. They cater to you 24 seven valet parking are super nice guys and overall we enjoy very very much. We’re going back again soon.

We liked everything about the hotel and the facilities and the staff.. all could have gotten 5 stars, if not the last very unexpected experience with our “VIP” status which Expedia assigned to us for our frequent use of it. The $50 bucks off every day for using the hotel services which we did with pleasure: restaurants and the bar were amazing. But, please, fellows “VIP” travelers don’t be as naive as we were! Don’t get hooked to this bait! The hotel management devised a smart system to almost annul this perk by making almost invisible. I won’t get into the explanation how they do it, just believe me that the simple fact of removing $50 from your dinner check doesn’t work there!😩

Great location and value
This was definitely a great stay for the price. The pool is great, big with a slide and zero entry section. There is also an adults only pool if you don't have kiddos. The staff was all really friendly and helpful. Beach is a short walk (15-20 min) or trolley ride away and was also beautiful. The restaurants were also good. Overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice. The restaurants had good food. The pools and beach were nice. The location was convenient, lots of restaurants and stuff to do close by. The Expedia perks made it worthwhile (free parking, daily resort credit)
