It was a 20-30 minute walk to Nara Park AND right next to the train station with many restaurants around. The room was spacious and had a quaint feel. Will definitely go back when Im back in Nara.

The service was great and the welcome lounge was a great. The front desk was helpful both during check in and check out. We also tried the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the variety of yummy food and drinks. Our bathroom had mold in it, on the walls, the light fixtures, the door. That was the only downfall for us.

Great place with great staff!
The staff was amazing upon entering the lobby. They were helpful in finding certain places that my friends wanted to go to. Location of the hotel is great as it is connected to the train station to help you get to where you want/need to go. The room was very nice and cozy. It has been a while since I've used an actual metal key for a hotel stay, but it was nice! The amenities that the hotel offered were great too! I would love to stay here when I'm back in Nara!

The hotel may be somewhat antiquated, but the price is reasonable for our group of three. The staff is accommodating and friendly, and the hotel's private hot tub is a significant advantage.

The room was spacious, with comfortable sitting chairs for reading. My young adult son and I had two separate rooms and we were each very satisfied. We took a bus to Nara Park, with its temples, shrines and museums and later walked back to the hotel, with a couple of stops along the way. The breakfast buffet had a very wide variety of Japanese and Western foods. I think that we received the buffet as an Expedia reward of some kind.
