This was our first time staying at an Element hotel- check in was great and the room was as expected. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have the amenities as described. We would stay again based on the rooms The negative for our stay was the “Cook to Order” breakfast that is advertised. The only thing offered to be cooked was eggs - there was no type of protein offered except chopped ham if you got an omelet. Breakfast is basically a Continental breakfast with eggs. The bananas that were out were way over ripe.

Nice place - some issues they need to fix
Hot water didn’t work for shower; called and she didn’t have a room to move me to…said she would come up and give me a key for the room across the hall so we could shower. She did not follow through. I fell asleep. That room ended up getting booked???? as when i called and explained again in the morning that person said it wasn’t available. So maintenance came to help and by turning on kitchen and bathroom sink and shower, he got it to heat up. Also the breakfast was really cool with a person to make omelettes and pancakes for you (complimentary breakfast), but it was so crowded and there was only one guy making them (felt bad for him) and then when I got to the front of the line, he was out of pancake batter so that was disappointing. Overall the place was nice—just needed to share the frustrations.

Great Hotel!
I had a really excellent stay here. The front desk guy was amazing. The rooms were awesome. I wish I had time to use the shower, but I didn’t. But it looked amazing. This is a great hotel and I can’t wait to stay there again.

The decor was simple and classy which was great! The property was very clean and every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable and clean. Please replace the carpets in the elevators, guys, ruins the clean feel and you shouldn't have carpet in there anyway...
