The indoor pool was closed which is the only reason i chose this, the breakfast while yes free sucked the juice machine did not work it had bread some defrosted sitting out in the open frozen sausage croissant and a waffle maker, the gym had lots of out of order broken equipment, my room had dead flies everywhere by the ac unit, one of the beds was broke and made horrendous noise with every move my child made while sleeping

Spacious room but in bad shape. There was a hole in the bathroom door, mirror was missing on the bathroom door. Bathroom counter was broken. Coffee table broken. Ice machine broken, had to go two floors to find ice. Free breakfast was a joke. Broken juice machine, broken waffle maker. I would not recommend this hotel. Needless to say, needs upgrade desperately.

I booked a family vacation starting in Chattanooga and ending in Nashville. My reservation was supposed to be for 3/29 but they put it for 3/23 when I was in Chattanooga. I called the hotel to ask about the reservation and they told me they had NO record of me having a reservation at all for ANY day. I contacted Hotels.com and they told me that they contacted the hotel and there was nothing they could do. I am out $130 dollars and am not happy with the service from the hotel or Hotels.com

We have stayed here many times years ago, it never has been a 5 star hotel, but we weren’t paying for that, the location and cleanliness and super ppl that worked there made it a great hotel, now it has changed hands several times, it seems like they haven’t put one cent back into the hotel. The bathroom was filthy, the doors needed a paint job , the breakfast had nothing pretty much, when we pulled up to check in I’m pretty sure employees were hanging out by their vehicles by the front door, just kinda creeped us out, when we checked in we were given someone else’s room, walked right in on all their stuff. If Wyndham wants to buy these places, make them we worth coming to

Place Needs Help!!!
Trip was a disaster. Checked in around 6pm. Room given had not been made up from previous guests. Was offered second room, which had a “smell”. Some time later after we had unpacked we discovered banana peels in the garbage can. Should have left at that time, but it was late and too difficult to find another room anywhere close for reasonable costs. Place is in need of a huge overhaul. Paint chips everywhere, damaged countertops, shower barely flows, pool closed for “safety” reasons, ice makers inoperable. If there could be negative reviews the condition of this place definitely merits that. The one redeeming element was the front desk employee. Very pleasant, and definitely tried to help.

No airport transportation as listed on Orbitz. Had to get an Uber. No TV remote in the room. Not enough towels in rooms. Had to run down each time and get additional items. Mattresses on beds feel like they dug them out of the dumpsters. Old and creaky.

This property was in terrible shape. The building was literally falling down, part of the building was condemned while we were there . The promised was closed, the shuttle did not work, and the breakfast was sub standard

What an absolute dump! Every door looked like its been kicked in, paint missing on every door, wall, ceiling, everywhere. They didnt tell me the pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast was a joke. Bathroom door had a hole kicked all the way thrub the door, and there was literally not enough room to even put your dirty clothes on the floor. Had to undress and throw your clothes outside on the floor. Beds feel like they are about 40 years old, and lets just say the drug environment was in full force inside the building and out! Top 1 or 2 worst hotels i have EVER stayed at! No Ramadas EVER AGAIN! Truly awful.

Our room was old but very clean. Our door was missing the security plate so we felt a bit uneasy about that. Our TV kept coming on after we turned it off. For the price we expected it to be a bit rundown but not the security issues. There were also a lot of homeless people hanging around the hotel but none of them caused trouble. The staff was friendly.

I get it. It's cheap and not far from downtown. But it's so gross and creepy there. I thought I could tough it out, thinking may it couldn't be that bad despite the reviews. Just don't. Spend the extra money and feel comfortable and clean. The mold smell is sickening and it is just awful. Also I tried to get a refund. Hotel.com called them and they said they do not issue refunds. That was during the day Friday when I checked in. At 2am they knocked on my door seeing if I had left? It was so strange and they did not seem to care that they woke me up... Man it was so bad there... Hard pass.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were dirty. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, it was not. The sofa bed had cigarette burns as well as rips and tears. In addition to the cigarette burns and rips and tears, the sofa was filthy. The bath tub had something disgusting caked onto the bottom of the tub in two different areas, and in the bedroom, there was a hole in the wall which was covered by the tv stand.
