The Pro’s- Location, Location, Location! It is so convenient to Times Square, Bryant Part, and so close to dozens of shops and restaurants. It was also near three different subway stations that gave us access to everything NYC! The hotel restaurant was also A ! Great breakfast and dinner menu not to mention great food and excellent service! The cons- one elevator was not working making the trip up/down to the room very difficult to do timely. We had two rooms with different amounts of daily credits on each of the rooms. There seemed to be some confusion with this as it was explained to us differently each day. One of the front desk employees did get a little snippy with us when we asked her to check our credits again as we were told something different just the day before. I’m still not sure it was correct but finally just gave up and checked out hoping it would all work out. It was very cold outside this trip and we could not get the room above 68°. Also, I had to let the shower run for about 25 minutes until it got warm enough to be tolerable. Overall, a great location and stay with a couple of kinks but nothing too major.

The front desk staff were very nice. The bar and service staff not so much. I kept telling them I was awarded breakfast with my stay and they still charged me. The desk clerk immediately straightened it out.

I wouldn't recommend staying directly in Times Square if you are seeking a family vacation in NYC. The trains were very convenient; however, it was too busy and noisy for our taste.
