The only bad thing is the elevator wait. The property is aware of it. This is a beautiful hotel! It's in a great spot & the staff was friendly & helpful. The room was a double Queen, looked brand new. Very clean, excellent bathroom. Gym is very small, so use if you must, but believe me, you will get almost 30K steps a day in NYC. Food in restaurant was good. For the price, I'd stay there again. Pool looked beautiful too! I didn't use it, but plenty of room for guests & there is a bar with food options next to it.

This was my first trip to NYC. I chose Margaritaville so I felt a piece of home in the big city. Great decision!!! The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. And the convenience was great. Walking distance to so many things. Will definitely stay here when I visit again.

Our stay at Margaritaville is great. We had a room upgrade to the city view. The room was a lot larger than most of the other rooms because they are small as you know the rooms are in New York. We received A bottle of Prosecco For VIP status that was nice. The manager was very accommodating and he helped us get a great view and helped us during our whole time we were there. Great location very close to Times Square.

The service and food i had were good the pancakes were a little overdone but the eggs were very good Loved the fact there was no tub I Wish they would update their elevator system like the marriott marquis

All was great. The only problem was that the pool was closed on our last full day for a private event. Had my kids been with us that would have been a big problem and I would have liked to get in as well. Not cool… but besides that, would stay again.
