Amazing property. Near everything in the city Centre. Came to watch a Newcastle United Match all the way from the U.S. easy access to the metro from The airport. Walked the whole city at all hours and always felt safe. Hotel was clean. Quiet. And had an amazing restaurant and bar. 10/10 coming back!

Lovely hotel, very comfortable room with a good selection of complementary items. The buffet breakfast was very good with a very side selection for every taste, A mention for Victoria on reception who arrange a room change as I required a room closer to the lifts. This was done with no fuss and she was very professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again

A lovely hotel which is very central. The hotel itself is nice and quiet and clean. Outside was noisy but manly due to Christmas party season. I’d definitely stay again.

Check in was super easy and the hotel was overall really great. The only issue I had was the street noise I could hear very clearly from my room on the 2nd floor. Throughout the night I could hear people talking loudly on the street so it woke me up several times. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the bed was more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed in recently, and the staff were very friendly.

From start to finish the experience was great,great check in, beautiful rooms,very comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast in the morning was great you could have anything you wanted and it was delicious, check out easy the hotel also looked after our cases while we went shopping, the location for the hotel was very central to night life shopping great restaurants and activities, with this in mind the hotel was cery quiet at night which was great fir a good night sleep, so all in all a excellent hotel.
