The staff was excellent. After driving over 6 hours they let me pre-check-in around 9 am when the room was not ready for check-in until around 4 pm. This gave me and my 2 grandchildren the day to walk around. Everything was clean and neat, worth coming back too in the future.

The hotel is within walking distance to the attractions. Very clean. Beddings and pillows are excellent. The staff are courteous. My only comment is the water pressure in the shower is low. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Although the staff were very friendly and had a quick check in, the location was great for all the attractions. I found our room dirty, hair and crumbs in the bed clearly from previous guests that were clearly not cleaned up afterwards. Was charged 95$ for breakfast for 4 (buffet) which wasn’t good at all. We ended up leaving and having to get food elsewhere. Having to pay an extra 25$ for parking is insane to me when paying almost 300$ a night. All in all we had a good time in Niagara but just wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of a hotel charging 300$ a night.

Booked a one night stay for our family of 4. We arrived early (around 12:00 noon) the gentleman at the front desk said our room was ready so we were able to check in early, skipping the busy check in rush at 4:00. The staff were very friendly. The hotel room was simple but very clean and well stocked. The location of the hotel was convenient and very close to Clifton Hill and not too far of a walk to the Falls. Would recommend this Hotel.

It took a very long time to check in because the reservation information from Expedia did not go through. I feel like I was given a leftover room since they couldn't find my reservation. I also discovered for the first time that there are rooms on the first floor of the hotel.
