Hotel is fab!
Everything about the room was comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing! Gym superior to most hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful! I think we’ve finally found our go-to hotel for Niagara Falls! So conveniently located too. (I don’t recommend the onsite breakfast restaurant though - they don’t offer water - only bottled at a separate price from the buffet. And the fruit on the buffet is canned cocktail and the cookies are from a package. I’d suggest finding your breakfast elsewhere-but the hotel itself is excellent!)

The check in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The driveway entrance is spacious for check in to unload or you can do so at the back of the property as well. I booked four rooms they got us all together on the same floor in the same wing. That was so nice for our family! The rooms have fridges and free bottled water. The rooms are appointed very well with coffee maker and a desk. Large window with black out blind. We like a hot shower and the hot water never seemed to go above a certain temperature. Maybe just overworked this trip. I will definitely be back!

From when you enter the hotel lobby it is bright clean spacious and the staff are very frendly! The lot was full for parking but they had a secondary location that was about a 3 minute walk. The room the first thing i could smell how clean it was it was very very clean the beds were tucked tight lol maybe too tight i had to use all my might to get covers. Honestly no complaints it was right there within everything, attractions, food the falls. Definately this will be my go to hotel when i come down again.

I woke up and found that my car had been broken into, a bag and sweater stolen… I paid more to park near the front of the hotel to avoid this possibility but this is NOT THE FIRST TIME! They are used to it at and around this property! Don’t leave anything of value in your car! The staff was extremely kind and helped me write a police report and they cleaned out the shattered glass from my window and covered it with plastic. I was also given a full refund and a free breakfast voucher. Nice hotel and nice staff but definitely watch out for this around the hotel…

This a good place to stay while in Niagra Falls. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. You can walk out the front door and find plenty of restaurants and stores. Parking is very high per night and no free breakfast. But I would stay here again. Room 918 has a great view. This is a very clean room.I think it was newly remodeled.
