Very convenient location, easy walk to Riverside dining bars and shopping and a short taxi ride to most other places. There are restaurants and a grocery shop right down stairs. The newish room is a reasonable size and a good bed but is not quite up to it for the longer stays. There are simple things like providing dishcloths and tea towels and fresh towels more regularly to complete lack of storage for and food and an extremely tiny fridge in the kitchen area and very limited storage for clothes and bags and a poor excuse for a couch. 4 stars because of the location and the room is ok but not good, let down by poor design. Do really appreciate the combination washer dryer.

Absolutely amazing stay Definitely will return

Staff kept on putting extra charges, told later that we were not eligible for some room features as we were upgraded without being told so at reception. Restaurant food was reasonable to poor but very very expensive.

One of the best hotels ever experienced

The size of the property, availability of small kitchenette, rooftop pool, and friendly reception staff and central location opposite a railway station were definite pluses. The construction works didn’t seem too noisy. But some works were noisy at night.
