Our overall stay was enjoyable, and I rated it highly, not basing my judgment solely on the final experience. However, the stay ended on a disappointing note that left a lasting impression. While waiting for our cab after checking out, I asked for a glass of water and was told water was only available in the rooms. This felt inconsistent, as we had been offered iced tea upon check-in. Instead, I was directed to purchase water from the coffee shop in the lobby. Though not a major issue, this is not the level of service I expect from Hilton, especially given the premium we paid. The last interaction with a guest often lingers in their memory, and small gestures can make a big difference.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Bali Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning surroundings set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Location: The resort is perfectly nestled atop a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean, offering breathtaking views that are simply mesmerizing. The beach is private, pristine, and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bali. Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed, blending Balinese charm with modern comforts. My room had a balcony with a panoramic ocean view, and waking up to that was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious bathroom, were top-notch. It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue.

A great place to enjoy "Baliness". The pool, beach, garden, events they hold are all great. Stayed for 2 nights but wished I could stay longer. I'm pretty sure I will come back to this hotel again.
