Please clean the mold off the ceiling
This is my second stay this year. I chose Grand Hyatt Bali again because it was so good last time. But this time I was very disappointed because the ceiling of the room was covered in mold. Because of this, the room smells moldy and the bedsheets are cold and damp. I've been sick day by day because I spent many days in a mouldy room. All room should be checked for mold. The room was terrible,but all the staff were kind and very nice.

Great family hotel on a private beach of Nusa dua. In the main big pool lots of families w kids. If you want to escape from noise go to the beach or 2 small private pools that they have. The hotel has a great beach chairs in a shade and the beach is almost empty! They clean seaweed on the beach and take care of the property well! Be aware of ebb and flow of the ocean, it happened a lot during our stay in early October. Great location to walk to the street restaurants (about 20-30 mins if you are adventurous) and about 10 mins to Bali collection - a Streep with restaurants and shops. Be aware this area is overpriced for tourists, nothing like Ubud or other parts of Bali. It was great for 6 days at the beach and then we moved to Ubud, so we experienced both.

Absolutely everything about this hotel in my opinion is superb. The staff are excellent in every way, with nothing ever to much trouble. The hotel site is vast and superbly kept. Bali is all about it’s people !

The air-conditioning was not working. Too loud at night people above us were loud , seems like dragging some furniture or stuff.The.water at the garden where the porch facing smells really bad. Unable to sleep well coz the room gets hot the air-conditioning turned off in few hours then on again . But the staff is excellent very nice, friendly and respectful.
