This hotel was so well kept, clean and tidy. The staff were the most friendly team ever, making us very welcome. The pool was sparklingly clean. My daughter and I loved relaxing outside or in the bar. The food was always very tasty. We really had a lovely stay. I would go back. Had an amazing pampering session in the spa too!

Very good hotel, staff excellent, good breakfast with wide range of food. Has 3 swimming pools that were all clean. Only five minutes away from Bali collection shopping centre which also has plenty of restaurants and shops.

Holiday Inn Nusa Dua exceeded all our expectations! The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always trying to make sure everything met our needs. My partner has quite a few food allergies and they catered around them with no hesitation, the head chef even came to speak to him to make sure he could cook him anything he wanted. The pool was perfect for our 4yo, and the atmosphere around the pool area was very chilled and relaxing, we walked up along the beach path that passes the other more expensive hotels and they all seemed very hectic and a lot going on, not as chilled. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, food was really good, breakfast was yummy, I honestly can not flaw this hotel and would recommend in an instant. The dayspa was amazing aswell.

My partner and I had an incredible time. As always (from our experience) the IHG standard is maintained. The staff were attentive and approachable, nothing was ever too much and they managed to balance the varied needs of all the guests in such a fine way. The food was such a treat, as were the great cocktails. I wish I could remember every name, however, there were too many example of excellence to recall, the whole of the staffing team were exemplary. Thank you to you all for such a special time! Very nice rooms and great location. Pool area's were nice. Restaurant and food options are limited. You can find much better dining options down the road at Bali Connection. I would not recommend staying here if you are trying to get away from kids !

Overall it was good..rooms ffine but tv remote not working …smoking from neighbors balcony annoying and hotel staff dealt with it . Breakfast was okay nothing to write home about,,pools lovely furniture covers stained and the usual …people holding sun beds for hours and nobody monitoring it

Palatial surroundings, helpful & friendly staff, good views, first pool cold to swim in, very noisy & echoy, very busy seafront with powered water sports zooming up & down, so a smell of petrol in the beach, residents allowed to put towels on sun beds before they want to use them
