It must been an old hotel. The hotel charges for parking on top of the high nightly rate. The room didn't have a microwave either. I had 2 double beds for 4 person family room but they provided towels for only 2 persons.

I booked 3 rooms for 5 nights and one extra room for 2 nights. One of the rooms had signs of water leak from nights before. Smell of the wet carpets were unbearable. Also noise from a big fan outside the room made it more uncomfortable to sleep. Wire extension connected to the fan was in the way gettin outside the room. This room was a disabled accessible and my family member had difficulties getting inside or outside the room. we had asked the front desk to change the room for us with no result. I had asked Expedia and the hotel to provide the refund, and still waiting for refund.

We got there and our room wasn’t ready. We came back an hour later and had to wait in line for a half an hour and it still wasn’t ready. We had called days before to try to get our rooms close together with our friend because I use a cane and it’s hard to get around. And it was my anniversary. They ended up changing our room to a different floor the king size bed I’m pretty sure was a queen. The ice machine didnt work. But the cookies were great and we had a lovely time

The check in line took a solid hour. Must have been 40 people in line and they had only two front desk people with a third in and out. Rude and entitled front desk help. No thank you or sorry for the delay just a you should be happy that we have your room available. Smelly musty hallways. Confusing breakfast vouchers. Poor service in restaurant. Overall crappy hotel.

The location is nice since it is right on the water, however the huge yachts block the view of all the smaller boats. My room was not ready so I had to take a room with two smaller beds instead of the king size bed I reserved many months ago. There was a huge fan set up in the hallway to dry out the carpet and the building smelled a bit musty. My room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke and my bathroom did not smell clean. Overall, for what I paid,(350.00 ea for 2 rooms) I was not that impressed.

Rooms are difficult to find initially… feels like a maze. Room was not ready until an hour and a half after check in. Air conditioning in the room was not working. Very friendly housekeeping staff helped to navigate how to find rooms, lobby.
