We loved this place! It was so quiet and the room was super nice even though the motel is old. Our room was so clean and unique. Each room is decorated differently. Will stay there again if ever in the area...

Maybe it was just my room (#2) but it looked nothing like the photos online. My room looked like DIY projects were done poorly. I thought it was going to be charming but it was far from that. After 10pm it my stay got scarier, hearing people outside my room, banging noises, sounds like someone was coming into my room, loud music, etc. My room was dirty. The surrounding area looked scary. I would not walk down the street. It was a far from relaxing stay. The person who checked me in was nice. I would not recommend this place.

So darn adorable!
My room was soooo charming! Really loved it - it was spotless and adorable. My only comment is that, not being from the south, it had a musty odor so I used my own pillows as I have allergies. Otherwise, what a delight! And a treat basket too with CANDY! ;))

This little motel has hos charms. The room is spacious, equiped with fridge and micro wave. Bed was comfortable, cushions ( but this is personal) too high. Shower was pleasant, good pressure. Walking distance to restaurants and starbucks. The only downside of this stay was the noisy AC ( wall unit). I mever heard an AC making that much noise.

I was very disappointed when I went to use the shower. The drain in the shower was clogged/draining very slowly. Before I even got into the shower, there was standing water in the shower pan. I was very disappointed.

Very pleased with our stay
Very affordable place for our quick business trip to Ocala, conveniently located in downtown, safe area, about 7-10 minutes walk to restaurants and theater and 2-3min walk to Starbucks. Our room was very clean and cozy. Microwave and mini fridge in the room was a plus! We definitely recommend this place.

We took a chance on the Shamrock Cove Inn, not knowing the area, and it was so quaint. It is off a busy road but, the place was extremely cute and clean. Michael was amazing! Very helpful with information about the area. He was completely charming, helpful, and just friendly. We will definitely be coming back when we have future events in the area. 5 stars for sure.

My husband and I stayed here to be close to friends who have a lake house nearby. This is not at all what we expected. Not as cute and classy as pictured. The room smelled like smoke and I was a bit creeped out to stay here. The towels were colored (not white) and I was concerned about the cleanliness. One towel smelled like it had soured so badly I had to put it in the drawer because it was smelling up our room. The guy at check in seemed like he’d rather be having a colonoscopy. My husband tried being friendly and he didn’t even smile.

This is truly a hidden gem. It's an older Inn but well maintained. Each room has a different theme. Feels more like a bed and breakfast. We loved it.
