It is what it is.
This is basically a motel. Hence the name “extended stay.” Smoke smell hits you first thing when you walk through the door. Room was non smoking but still had a smell. Definitely not a real clean feeling, but for a one night cheap stay, it honestly wasn’t that bad. Would i do it again, no. But i didn’t hate it.

Wow. What to say. Just opt anywhere else. The managers are these super hood adjacent trailer gnomes with no business acumen and crappy taste. All they care about is sucking off their corporate teat. They dont like you. They dont care. Dirty. Used needles. Drugs run there. Hookers come thru. I mean if thats your jam.. by all means. Just watch your kids and wife. IYKYK.

No hot water in room... Room floor sloped so badly everything would roll off table and TV cabinet. Forced to sleep dirty with no hot water to take a bath. Housekeeping refused to change bed linens. Under the beds was filthy. Old coffee cups, old lip balm, old food and popcorn kernels. Night person did not pass on complaints to morning shift. Maintenance never came regarding the hot water as promised. It was a disaster.

Didn’t stay!
We didn’t actually end up staying, after checking in and heading to our room it was quickly apparent that the rooms was dirty, smelled terrible (like cigarettes and air fresheners) and there were no dishes in the room. We inquired at the front desk as to why there were no dishes since the room had a kitchenette and were told that they do not have enough for every room and since no one had returned the ones they were using to the front desk where you check them out they didn’t have any available. We canceled our booking and received a full refund through Hotels.com, I will say that the man working the front desk was nice and helpful.

This place is very old there's still carpet in the room the cleaning service does not clean very well. I was charged a monthly service fee of over $30 for internet when I only stayed for 16 days and I only use the Wi-Fi 7 of those 16 days interesting.

Need better cleaning services
The room they checked us was filthy the toilet was nasty the shower was dirty. It had been smoked and it clearly states no smoking but it was ashes and dog hair the refrigerator was dirty it smelled like urine it was horrible. The floor was completely dirty the hallway was trashed as well as the elevator.
