AIRCONDITIONING NIGHTMARE
Front desk staff gave me Wrong information about the location of the event I'm coming to assist and got late because she send me to the wrong building. The worst part was the air conditioning making a super hard noise every 2-3 minutes and making me a headache all night, every night.

Property is out dated. Under construction didnt have my room ready. Didnt have a king bed for me and my wife. They put us not in their building they put in an old section

The room was not what was expected. This pictures online are false advertising. We were place in the woods! Very unacceptable. I planned a nice getaway for me and my man and we were very uncomfortable.

Our experience at DoubleTree Hilton was great! We were in town for SeaWorld and decided to stay at Hilton. This hotel is located right down the road from the park and in the proximity to many restaurants. I really enjoyed all the amenities they offered. Their breakfast buffet is really nice. The staff is amazing. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly and everyone we encountered during our stay was very helpful and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

In 35 years if business travel, within the hotel and entertainment business sector, i have NEVER had a more disrespectful front desk clerk at checkin. The first words out of my mouth were in regards to the parking situation for a larger vehicle. The front desk clerk said “Hand me your drivers license and credit card” then he didn’t say a single word, after several minutes of typing on his keyboard. Then he handed me my drivers license, credit card, and room key back saying “your room is over here, park in front.” Not a single word about the amenities, the restaurants, check out, other hotel services, and etc. NOTHING. When i confronted him about the parking situation that i stated within my initial conversation, he says “Yes, park in front of your room.” BUT ONCE AGAIN, NOTHING ABOUT THE AMENITIES OF THE $200 A NIGHT HOTEL THAT I AM CHECKING INTO.

The hotel room looks nothing like the picture. It looks like a 2 star motel brought out by the double tree. The lady that checked us in seemed rude. The parking lot smelled like urine, the pipes and toilets made noise all night and the microwave would not work no matter how many buttons you pushed. Things looked very rusted and outdated. Inside of the toilet looked dirty. The hotel lobby looked amazing I even thought our rooms were inside the hotel where you take the elevator; but instead it was a villa either the door leading outside..And they even charged for parking $30 a night and this place really wasn’t worth it. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Overdue for Renovation
Property is pretty old and tired, definitely needs rehab. Shower curtain didn’t fit the tub, resulting in water in floor. Mildew / dirty grout in tub area.

The first night I was put into a room with a very strong smell. I requested to be put in another room, but was told no others were available. I found out after taking a shower that the carpet was getting soaked, which was ultimately creating the smell. They sent someone up to spray a smell good. I am asthmatic and this just made it worse. I was guaranteed a different room the next day. When I went to the front desk I was informed rooms were not ready (after being told to come back at noon). My room was finally changed except I paid almost if not a little more than $500 for 2 days and wasn’t even able to enjoy the stay due to having to stay out of my room to be away from the smell.

Disappointing Stay
I was initially looking forward to this stay, but it unfortunately fell short in several ways. Despite selecting a specific room on the app, I was assigned a second-floor villa without elevator access, making it challenging to manage my luggage. The hallways had a strong smell of marijuana, which was extremely off-putting and not what I expected. On top of that, construction work began early each morning, with drilling noise that made it impossible to relax. Additionally, unlike other locations, there were no signature cookies upon check-in, which was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, enjoyable stay.
