The property is in poor condition, the air conditioning does not work properly, the bathroom has an extractor fan but it does not turn on, the sheets have a cigarette and damp smell, the carpets smell musty in the hallways. And the attention of the night was not very friendly. Loud argument in the next room at 5.40 am. Terrible stay, room 1418.

The a/c didn’t get the room cold, housekeeping left a lot to be desired, so me day beds didn’t get made, tables never got wiped off; the desk staff one evening were terrible ignoring me while I stood there

We’ve stayed here many times in the past years specifically because it’s so close to the arena (for concerts / events) but this time was horrible. We checked into our room & immediately upon unpacking noticed the carpet floors were soaked & soaked through our socks (don’t know what the substance was but it’s was so gross) got moved to a diff room with no working AC; had it set to 60 & had to literally sleep outside the blankets because it never cooled off. The in/out gate doesn’t read your room key so you have to call the front desk to get buzzed out. The facilities look dated now as not as nice as they once were.

The water faucet in the bathroom was very loose. The toilet rocked on its base and the lid was longer than the bowl. Overall the accommodation was sub par for a Hilton property. The staff were excellent. They seem to have a malfunctioning gate in the parking garage too. It would not accept the room key.

First of all, the staff is WONDERFUL! They are all so personable, kind, inviting, and knowledgeable. It really was a nice experience which any and every staff member I spoke with from check in to check out. The valet, the front desk, room service, night security, and even the staff members that respond via their AWESOME texting feature were all wonderful to engage with. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet as was the surrounding area. Myself and my two younger daughters literally walked from the Kia Center back to the hotel after a concert at around midnight and encountered zero unsavory suspects. 10/10 We will certainly return as we very much enjoyed our stay

The water was not hot at all . I was double charged had to call to get these charges removed
