Checked in to the unit the gave us , was run down - mold , washer was filled with water( for got to take a photo) , didn’t look like it was vacuumed. urine on the toilet . They definitely save the worst units for the third party bookings . Very sad . We are owners at this property and we brought it to their attention . They did put us in another unit

I celebrated my 47th birthday here. It rained the first night so we were unable to utilize the outdoor activities and was checking out the next day. The wonderful girl at check out advised me that we could extend our card free of charge and stay on site to enjoy the activities all day long!! I thought that was very unique and accommodating! First time staying in this hotel and our experience was amazing. From staff to premises to cleanness.The hotel is situated in a very nice area, a LOT of dinning options within 5 min car ride ( even inside the property) and a LOT to do (H20 water park, food trucks, Disney outlets..) it’s definitely a nice option if you’re planning to go to the theme parks (15-20 min car ride). The only downside is this is “timeshare” kind of hotel… so just be aware. They make you sign a “contract” for a timeshare presentation and if you don’t go you’ll have to pay a fee ($50) but other than that we will definitely go back. 9.5/10

Property was amazing in itself. Room was perfect! We were literally right down the street from Disney so it was very convenient to go back and fourth throughout the day. Pool, Arcade, and bar were nice! ONLY CON: I did not know this was a timeshare resort! They show you all the amenities when you book but dont tell you that you wont have access to them without signing up for a timeshare presentation.

Beautiful huge property. Has great amenities and lots of pools and lazy river for the whole family to enjoy. Ordered late night pizza and was ok for a huge family. Rooms are a bit outdated and we had an AC problem the forte night. AC filter was filthy so lagged the entire first night not allowing it to cool down. Called the front desk said they send someone and never did. All in all the next day someone did come and took care of the AC problem. Thank you. The entire property is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable to stay with a big family and everything fully stocked to cook if you’d like.
