My family and I checked in on a Friday afternoon. I had to see 2 different people before my room key was activated. The last stop before activation was with a rep for a time share presentation. Be prepared to be asked if you want to attend a 90 minute presentation to earn $200 on site voucher for food and drink. If you say no to the presentation, you will also lose your $20 voucher you get a check in. The room bathroom items are very outdated and look dirty. Being able to pool hop and explore all the pools on site is the only high light of this trip.

Perfect stay for our family. Our villa was huge and affordable. The pools were nice and clean. The restaurants were good. Perfect for our stay to go and visit Disney World. There are people who call your room and try to sign you up for a time share. Once I said no I didn’t hear from them again.

Within this stay I have to communicate how terrible this was for my family and I. We came to stay at a place we liked because of how comfortable it was for my family, my children had so much fun the first time we came here a couple of years back. I checked in and it was all good until on 10/09 my a/c went out, I called them early in the morning to let them know that our a/c went out. I had called them the night prior to extend my stay because of Hurricane Milton and I was trying to stay as far from it I could when it would hit ground for my family's safety, so I called and added three days that was no problem. Though the next day when my ac went out after a couple of calls no update, I went to the front desk to check in for my extended stay, no updates, so by then I requested to speak to a manager no one was available and they said a manager would reach out to me. The person who helped me did not want to give me a receipt for my payment and insisted it was being sent via email, which was not. My husband whom went for ice later that day asked for the receipt and to have a manager call us back, they soon sent someone to fix an a/c Jonathan the a/c tech was very nice and kind and did what he could to fix it and while he did fix the a/c by the end of the night it was out again. Still no call from any manager or someone in the front office to better assist our needs. I was highly upset at how ignored we felt and how rude some of their personnel was at the front desk.

The property was well maintained. The food was amazing! The area was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the activities. The activities were enjoyable and it was something to do for all ages!
