This home has 2800 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large living, dining and kitchen areas. Enjoy complete privacy with a calming view of a lush conservation forest, and a fully screened-in salt water pool that is better on skin and hair than traditional chlorine pools (pool heating available at an additional cost of $35/night).

For your safety, we are following the SAFEHOME VRHP/VRMA cleaning guidelines to disinfect and sanitize the home between stays. Our pool is operated and maintained as per CDC guidelines.

Family reunion
My family and I were able to enjoy Disney, just a few minutes away from this location. It conveniently had a fenced in pool, pool table and foosball and 5 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms! Even with the whole family there we all had our own space to enjoy and wind down after a long day. I’d highly recommend this home to any family looking to get together and enjoy! We will definitely be back next year for another reunion and hopefully the year after that!

We used the home for our week at Disney Parks. It was a perfect home for multi families. A huge plus was it being all on one level so climbing steps wasn’t an issue with those traveling with hip & knee problems. An older home but clean and had everything wet needed to make our stay comfortable. Host, Kyle, checked in us to see if we needed anything and wanted to make our stay relaxing & enjoyable! Highly recommended!!

This was the perfect house for our group. The setup was great for groups of 6 or more. Loved that most bedrooms had access to their own bathroom. Plenty of towels were provided which was great when you spend every day in the pool.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and well-decorated. We particularly enjoyed the private pool. The location was convenient, close to Magic Kingdom, yet wonderfully private and quiet. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and they provided helpful local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!

The home was as advertised. It is located near Disney World, with great access to food, shopping and other amenities. The home was great for our family. It has 3 master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms, with a great room, kitchen and dining area that allows family time. The pool was fun and enjoyable. It was overall a great family vacation!

The layout of the house and the pool was great but the house needs a good cleaning. I am not sure if the owners of the house know. Had to go to Walmart and buy a coffee pot. The one they had did not work. Did not use it but the crockpot's knob was broken off. The fry pans were scratched.

wonderfull place to stay in. Check in process one of the easiest i have ever gotten.For accuracy what you see is what you get it is even better than in the pictures.. Location for us was great 14 minutes to disney. property manager we had a little hicup but life is never perfect. Owners even phoned us to make sure if we needed anything,that was very considerate.Cleaniles was very good the only reason i am giving this a 3 star is that lets just say a pest control cie needs to come and spray inside the house. overall yes I would come back and the pool was great.

100% recommended- perfect location- tons of amenities
It’s far surpassed what I had hoped. Our family (18-57) celebrated our son’s 21st birthday over a long weekend. The house is so close to Epcot, Disney Springs and even a great spot for axe throwing. Table seats eight which fit us perfectly. Kitchen was jammed with the necessities, washer dryer was a plus, the bed situation was phenomenal and I searched for weeks looking. Highly recommended. We didn’t need to speak to the owners because he communicated with us with everything we needed without being prompted. They even left a great book of acclimating to the house and the neighborhood. Hotels are nothing compared to the memories shared under on roof.

10 of us were able to enjoy this property with room to spare. Every family had their own bathroom which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, HUGE PLUS! The living area was very comfortable and spacious for all to come together. The kids LOVED the pool!

Stayed between Dec 10-17, 2022 Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children. Our reason for the trip was WDW and Universal, so location, convenience was really important and this home was both. For my CDN peeps, the uber cost approx $25 each way to any of the parks. First, let me say that the Kyle, the home owner was so easy to reach and was very welcoming. The home is large with 3 of the bedrooms having their own on-suite. With multiple families, this was really convenient. The pool was a bonus for the few days that we chose to stay in and relax. The only issue we had with the home was cleanliness. The dust collection around the vents really need to be taken care of. The bathrooms all needed to be cleaned. between hair in showers, toilets not wiped down, it didn't start the trip well. thankfully, one of the adults brought clorox wipes and we took care of it. The other item, which neither the owner or cleaning crew can control was the dishes covered in food. Pots with dried food in them and all the utensils as well. We ran a few loads in the dishwasher, so we could use the kitchen items but honestly, it's the reason I'm leaving a 3 for the cleanliness. The last item is that the bbq was offered but then we realized it was broken. A few kitchen chairs were missing a few screws and one of the kids was the one who caught it or caught himself when he realized it wasn't going to hold him. no one hurt but still something I think should be taken care of. It's a lovely home and would recommend but upkeep is required.

Spacious home in great location..
My family and I stayed in the home for our family vacation in September. We needed a home that was near all the attractions that we'd be visiting during our stay and this home was conveniently located near everything. We didn't spend too much time in the home due to all the activities we had planned, however the home was very spacious and can accommodate a large family/group. It was only 5 of us so we only used 3 out of the 5 bedrooms. Our issue with the home was the cleanliness. It didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned for a while. The shower heads were black from how dirty it was and the furniture and ceilings fans were very dusty. The night we arrived the mats in one of the bathrooms was full of hair so I had to try and vacuum it but the vacuum didn't work so I ended up removing the hairs with paper towels. A deep cleaning would definitely help make it a more enjoyable stay.
