The teenagers at the hotel are bumping into other guests, cutting the lines in the dining hall, and running through the hallways. It’s unacceptable and not safe for them or the guests.

If you're going to the Universal parks with the family this hotel is the perfect spot. The rooms are good, the pools are great, the food is pricy, but the free and easy shuttles to the parks are what make this hotel stand out.

While the hotel was crowded (everything around is crowded however) the check in process took a while. Hotel transportation to Universal was great. Having 3 queen beds was especially great.
