Never a disappointment with the dolphin, they always go above and beyond for their guest. We were there back in 2015, and after 9 years we decided to go back to Disney and choose to stay there again. Our standard room was decent for the price, room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, included a mini fridge which was very handy and every day we got 4 bottles of fresh water, the easy access to the parks is definitely worth it, staff is very cordial. Will definitely stay here again.

The resort area and the staff were really nice , but the rooms definitely not worth the price, my room was smelly and dirty the bathroom was definitely not clean and the shower was moldy there was not enough shower gel in the shower and the hallways smelled terrible , the rooms definitely not worth the price I won’t even pay 100 dollars for that type of room

Property was lovely and close to a variety of parks and bus access to others. Lots of choices of pools and love that you can utilize the Swan and Swan reserve as well. I wasn't happy about the cost to park - felt that was excessive

Staff were so helpful and happy all around. Having a conversation rather than just a transaction with the staff is always amazing. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Ferry boats directly from the hotel to Epcot and Hollywood studios made it so easy and convenient!

My room was $300 a night and there were pieces of cereal on the floor and glitter from a previous guest. For such an exorbitant fee I expected more. Also the $50 a night resort fee for basically wifi was insane. How is wifi not an expected amenity in 2024. Especially for a $250/night room.
