Not the RESORT feel I was expecting

Bathroom was dirty- pubic hair on the floor. The body wash was totally empty, so really not sure it was cleaned at all. Bed was very bad, left early as the bed had a huge dip and after one night I couldn’t stay a second night, and very hard pillows so my neck was up high and body in a pit.

Chose hotel due to location and ease for getting back from EPCOT on New Year’s Eve. Also easy to get to Hollywood Studios via water taxi. Pools were great too.

Feels old and dated

Hotel felt a bit dated, including the room. Mattresses could be updated. We had booked a room for a family of five, and as Bonvoy members we were automatically checked in and received an email that the room was ready for us. When checking in at 10:30 pm, there was no extra bed for the fifth person in the room. Nobody picked up on phone so had to go to reception. Very friendly staff. Took 30 minutes to get the extra bed. Kids very much enjoyed the extended pool area.
