It's very close to tourist destinations And the staff are really nice and helpful. Unfortuna Unfortunately this is the hotel equivalent of fast food. The rooms are cramped and smell gross. It's not very clean and there are around 30 floors with several rooms each level so it's too crowded.

Good Hotel, but when we go down the floor we stayed to the ground floor, every EV were all full. So many peoples were waiting and made the long line at every floor I guess. I think the hotel manager should set each EV for each, separated floor immediately. Actually, today we met the same issue in the morning.

The train stations rights in front off the hotel it very convenient. Seven eleven store just across the road, family mart and Lawson store at the back. One things they don't have is swimming pool,spa,steam rooms and a gyms. If they got all this they deserve a 5 star ratings.

Overall we had a good stay at this APA. After being in Japan for over a week, we were used to hotel rooms being generally small, but our room here was much smaller than other rooms we stayed in at other hotels. It was definitely doable for two people, but just not as enjoyable as our other experiences. The location was close to two major subway lines which made it easy to get around Osaka. No issues with cleanliness, everything was acceptable. This was a solid budget option.

The room had all the amenities, clean, comfortable bed and ac. Check in was easy and fast. Check out was just dropping your room key in a box. I have stayed at two APA hotels and both have been great.
