The staff were great, however the facilities, apart from an excellent breakfast, were very limited for a Best Western. No where to store clothes other than hanging space.

On the website the hotel is advertised as having a swimming pool and and jacuzzi, but when we arrived we were told that there was no swimming pool which is really bad , because we booked the hotel thinking the kids could swim but obviously that was not the case , You had to pay to use the jacuzzi which I felt was not good especially after paying already to stay in the hotel , the breakfast was limited, no baked beans and the scrambled eggs were terrible, toasters were too high and burning bread.

Booked at short notice and friendly staff at check-in. We had a family room and it was good size but fairly basic. Hotel areas seemed clean and tidy. It was fine as an overnight stay on the way home from holiday and there were restaurants within easy reach. We paid extra for breakfast and whilst the food was nice enough and fresh, felt it was a bit overpriced for what you got. Very minimal gluten free options so provided our own for my daughter (no cost).

Lovely clean reasonably priced property only 15 minutes drive from Disneyland! Stayed in a family room, good size room, comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Staff were always polite and helpful on reception. Only one little disappointment was the shower over the bath, slightly leaked and not great pressure but was adequate. Also checked in late and went back to ask for an extra pillow for one of the bunk beds, staff member unsure where extra pillows were and never received extra pillow to the room, but other than that a lovely stay!

Check in was easy and we were greeted warmly by Kevin, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave recommendations for eating in the evening and explained how to easily get to central Paris. Our room was a little dark, but very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for one night. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice. Just missed baked beans! But the pancake machine was a hit and coffee was fine. All in all, we would return if needed somewhere that was quiet, comfortable and well placed for easy travel and local attractions.

If you are traveling to Disney Paris as foreigner, this is a great location. Traveling through Europe can be frustrating as there is limited parking and it becomes expensive parking in public garages, or not being sure and getting your vehicle impounded. This hotel provides free and easy parking while you stay.

Ideal location so close to Disneyland Paris. Also minutes from Val Dā€™Europe shopping centre and train station which has direct trains into Paris for only 6 euros one way. Hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff.

Good location and staff but poor hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the location and parking are good. However the rooms are very cramped, the air con doesnā€™t work properly and is very noisy. The rooms and decor are dark and tired. The beds are small.
