Best hotel, great price.
Everything was so great. Check-in was a breeze. Very helpful. We received a 20% off at Mason Cafe for breakfast, the food was yummy 😋 and the waiters were happy and friendly. We went both Saturday and Sunday because it was a great restaurant. Bad part is they are inly open until 2pm. We will book this hotel again

For being an older property everything seemed to be in good working order. Our 5th floor Premier Queen/Queen room was very spacious with a cool view of the pool. Upon checking in both our bellman and front desk agent were very friendly (along with the 3rd party parking attendant). We will definitely be back next year!

Great room at great value
Needed a place to stay overnight for SantaCon and another holiday event and the hotel went beyond my expectations. It was a big room despite being the smallest available, with good amenities in a central location. They were also able to check me in early. It will definitely be one of my go-to’s when I need a place to stay in SF.

The hotel is like a maze they bought out the property behind them and it can be confusing and inconvenient going from building to building with luggage. Also the concierge charged my card three times by accident and still waiting for my refunds. One thing we didn’t like is that our glasses in our room had lipstick on it not clean at all and our robe had holes.

Very close to Union Square which I like. It would've been nice if they have complimentary bottled water in the room. Still noisy outside from the on going strike. But they put me in a room far from the noise. Appreciate that. I would stay again next time.
