Annette on the front desk rather surly. Being told to download an App inorder to access the room virtual key ( not informed of this in the booking process) was frustrating. When I asked for an actual ( card) key I was told ' this is our policy and you need to pay extra for a card key" Just plain silly and gouging extra money

Check-in was slow and with physical paper work. The older gentleman at the front desk staff was rude, and keep shaking his head when checking us in. Room was clean as expected..but probably won’t stay there again..

Pemberton Valley Lodge is so nice! Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, the staff is nice, great amenities, safe and beautiful location. Everything was wonderful. If I had to find a point for improvement, my window faced the road in front of the hotel and you either had the shade down blocking all the light, or up and everyone can see inside your room. It would be nice to have some kind of sheer curtain to provide some privacy while allowing the light to come in. Also, I did always have to try like 3 times before the app opened doors.

Incredibly comfortable and good value - we had a 1 bed suite for 3 of us and it had all the amenities we needed. Full kitchen/fridge with coffee supplied. We only stayed for 1 night ao didn't have time to use the spa facilities. Worth noting however that they do charge additional tax for Expedia customers ($22) - I asked twice for this to be charged to a different card rather than deducted from the credit card used for the holding deposit. Despite providing the alternative card details for my debit card and watching them update this in the system, they still charged my previous credit card which incurred additional cost for me. Other than that, we had no issues and would recommend!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a dip in the hot tub. The view from our room was the parking lot and the road so, not ideal. Ask for a room at the back.

Pemberton Valley Resort is absolutely fantastic! Extremely clean, dog friendly, perfect for families with plenty of parking for large vehicles. We will definitely stay again.
