Nice hotel that is renovated. Good location. Cleanliness could be better. There were cobwebs in areas and bathroom tiles had previous guest hair which lead to us questioning the Cleanliness. Good for a one night stay for the price.

Loved the huge bed. Enjoyed the convenience of having my room and parking spot on the ground floor. Room floors were filthy. My feet were dirty after walking around in the room. Lots of accumulated dust and debris under firniture. While the room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, there was only decaf available. I work in the same industry so i know that is simply not true. The bath tub was very slow to drain and after a quick shower, there was standing water in there.

I paid for a family suite that was supposed to include a jetted tub and I was misinformed yet still paid for what hotels.com room description included. The room was also not ready for almost 2 hrs as expected for check in time and a one towel included for 4 persons. The hotel floor was very dirty! Won't stay there again, no receipts were given to me a new staff member ever day, too much turn around.
