The lobby was being renovated so it wasn’t easy to find the office and took awhile to have someone open the door. They don’t clean the rooms daily and it took the office a long time to answer the phone and bring supplies, coffee,etc

Rooms were clean and very nicely updated. The balcony was great and it was close to the arena. The only negative was our room didn’t have a tv remote when we anrrived and the front desk couldn’t bring one to us the first time we called down about it.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance to the sports centre and several restaurants. The rooms were updated and the lobby was being renovated.

The location is excellent if you are attending an event at SOEC, walkable to many restaurants including a great on-site restaurant. Lots of parking available. The rooms are very clean and love the big bathtub! Comfortable bests with nice grounds. Super friendly staff.
