The staff was amazing and that was the only saving grace of this experience. First - we booked a hotel WITH a pool for our kids… and arrive to find our “destination” is a fenced off construction site. Apparently they are mid remodel and found it acceptable to falsify amenities, have people walking under ladders & lulls with zero thought of safety. There was zero outdoor space and what was there was debris and unsafe. The pool didn’t exist - just a hole in the ground. The entire hotel felt like a patch job and you had to smell paint the entire time. Even after remodel- I’d never stay there again for them thinking it was safe for my kids to be amidst construction. We opened the main doors to leave the last day and almost knocked over workers on a ladder right outside the door. Zero responsibility taken on how poorly that could have ended up! Shame in whatever hotel management decided to still try and collect money for rooms in a NOT READY building.

The staff was welcoming and very polite. Our room not only looked clean, but it smelled clean as well. They have some construction going on outside so we weren’t really sure what to expect, but none of it went on during the evening so we had a pleasant quiet evening. I think if there’s anything that I would have to not even critique, but maybe request it would be beef or turkey protein options for breakfast (not only pork), but either way the breakfast was appreciated.

The hotel was super clean and the staff great. I wish I had known about the construction… they were working early in the am so couldn’t sleep in as I wanted. Breakfast was fine and convenient. Don’t be deceived by the construction… it is amazingly clean inside and the staff amazing

Nothing unique about it. It was convenient, but I will never stay there again. It was filthy, bathroom was not clean, tv didnt work. Cleanliness is Not their strong suit.

We arrived around 1:30am so, it was late and we were exhausted. Upon entering the property it was clear that the facility was under construction, no problem just a bit of navigating around things. Our room appeared nice and clean however, when we pulled the sheets back there was blood or something other obvious dark matter on the sheets. Thankfully we were able to move that out of the way and go to sleep we were too exhausted to deal with bringing this up to the front desk. This was not the most appealing thing to arrive to.

This property for starters was partially under construction. For what is cost to stay here for one night the room was very shabby. The mattress was visible because the bedding did not fit properly. One of the lamps had what looked like a chunk taken out of it and the shade was torn. Maybe it was broken and glued back together instead of replaced. For $180 a night- Best Western "Plus" could do A LOT better. I'm very disappointed.

Comfortable and convenient
First stayed in a suite, which was ample space and extremely comfortable. Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. Friendly, clean, convenient. Would book again!
