Cancellation Policy
I never got to stay here. I called Hotels.com and requested a cancellation a few hours after the "cancellation" deadline and my request was refused. Agent for Hotels.com said they called the Devon location and blamed the refusal on them. I do believe this was a ruse and they never intended to cancel the night. Instead they let it go as a no show so I would be charged. One of our party tested positive for COVID so we could not - morally - stay there and possibly infect the entire staff and other guests. No more bookings from me or my party through Hotels.com.
