Hotel is far enough away from the craziness of Bangla Road but still right in the heart of the town. You still hear the loud tuk tuks and boxing promotion cars if you’re in a room near the main road (not the beach road). We were on our honeymoon and the staff laid out a nice set of decorations on our bed but there wasn’t anything else offered. Not expecting a whole meal for free but a small drinks voucher would have made our stay. Staff are excellent and really care about their guests, extremely friendly and offer good advice around town. Pool bar is fun and happy hour is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm everyday. Highly recommended hotel. We stayed in the premium rooms (aka. Busakorn rooms) but would stay in the standard rooms for much cheaper next time. The Busakorn pool is very nice but nothing stops other guests from also enjoying the upgraded pool which is one of the few major reasons to book a premium room. Four stars.

This is my second time staying here. Wonderful property with convenient location. Many restaurants just outside the hotel and minutes to the beach. Hotel has a good buffet breakfast though husband got food poisoning on the last day after taking the breakfast. Nice pool is great for families with kids. Overall good experience.

A gem in phuket
Our stay was very good from the breakfast which was very varied to our room being spotless the location was perfect right on the beach road well worth another stay in the future
