On the VERY southern outskirts of Pittsburgh, so if you have a need to be downtown quickly this is not for you! I came from Washington through backroads and was still in the countryside 8 minutes before we arrived (worried the GPS had led me astray). Seems in a very new area full of new buildings. Very new building, lots of parking, 5 restaurants across the street. Love the outdoor firepit area. Room could have been cleaner - sheets and bedding were clean and fresh (no bugs!) but fan was dusty and cabinets in the kitchen area needed a better wiping - didn't use the kitchen so not really a problem. Good variety of breakfast options, including tortillas and different types of oatmeal. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. Would stay again.

Service was good. Hotel is starting to show some age, stains on carpets, furniture is a little beat up. One of the elevators would not go to the top floor. Still a good hotel, though.

Overall the place nice. A more updated hotel with nice furnishings and amenities. The provided breakfast is good with a nice spread of choices. I did not like the dingy towel I was given in my room, it clearly was not white so not sure how that got passed housekeeping. The water pressure seen low compared to other visits but a note was left in room that there was working being done on the system so seems like they are addressing that issue. I do wish the cable TV was updated to what people use; Hulu, Netflix with smart TV's etc. The TV guide channel is very annoying to figure out what to watch of the only about 50 channels to choose from.

I like the location, the view. The only thing I didn't like it was that when we ask for more paper towels and towels they didn't have enough staff to bring it to the room and wants me to go to the lobby to get it.

Nice for a family.
Our suite was spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the variety at breakfast and manager’s meal on Wednesday night. Pool and gym were nice, too.

We stay here around every 3 months. It is located conveniently to where we need to go and the fact they have an excellent breakfast adds to the appeal. Also the surrounding properties are wonderful for dinner ir just a coffee in the morning.

This property is very convenient for the South Pointe area. There is a little shopping area across the street with dining options. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned well. It seemed like they rushed through cleaning the room. It was dusty, the dish washer was still running, the 2nd toilet didn’t flush right all weekend, and there was a nicotine product left by a previous renter. We did call maintenance and they snaked the toilet, but it still didn’t flush well. The maintenance person was friendly, though. The front desk staff was nice enough, but there was no real customer service. It definitely seemed like they don’t like working there, at the very least. That said, the sheets were clean, the beds were decently comfortable, they accommodated my family and pets, and it is affordable. So, I’d say if you’re able to book one of the other hotels in the area that would be better. But if this is the only option, it is okay as long as you go in with low expectations.

Property offered a lot of amenities (beautiful patio area, basketball court, and pool) however the condition of the room was poor. There were stains on our bed, the ceiling fan had a clump of dirt, and there was duct tape on the walls/ceilings for some odd reason. The staff were very nice and understanding given that we were traveling with an infant, we checked out into another hotel.

Great Location
This hotel is in a great location, room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom had the sink in the room and shower and toilet behind a door. Personally I prefer the entire bathroom behind the door for less noise and light.
