The staff were ultimately helpful but initially quite snooty and not very welcoming. The hotel location was excellent and the room itself was nice, although quite small. Overall it was OK but for our return stay in Rome we'll be looking elsewhere..

"We booked a panoramic sea view room, but the room was nothing like the pictures and had no panoramic view. After complaint they moved us to a bigger and better one with fantastic view but very tired furniture and moldy bathroom. Breakfast is fair. Swimming pool is not as it seemed on the photos. ..."
