Hard Rock que no esta al nivel de los demás.
Me he hospedado en varios hoteles de la misma cadena y en especial a este HARD ROCK no lo vi al nivel de los otros, las intalaciones se ven viejas y descuidadas. La incongruencia de que te digan que NO se manejan las reservaciones en los restaurantes a la carta para las cenas y cuando llegas NO HAY MESA porque están rservadas por usuarios de sus tiempos compartidos, segun ellos porque siempre hay mesas solas, entonces fue un sufrir tuviendo que pasar esperas hasta de 40 minutos . logisticamente les falta mucho en ese aspecto. el ultimo dia que nos quedamos se pudieron arrgalr algo y era un ruido muy molesto como sil estuvieran dando golpes a la pared. Cosas positivas , el servicio del personal en su mayoria todos muy amables y los alimentos muy buenos, de calidad y buen sabor. Gerente en turno Daniel, excelente atención.

Awesome resort, great food and drinks. Great pools with an awesome swim up wet bar. Beautiful beach access.

Disappointed
Two separate rooms had water issues. One electrical issue. One was a leak that resulted in our room flooding. General manager was awful and strung us along for 3 days before giving compensation.

We stayed here for a wedding. The staff was amazing! They always had a smile on and were very attentive. The property is beautiful. I love that there are different pools. The beach area was really nice as well!

The staff were very friendly. Food was just okay, most of the restaurants seemed to have a very similar menus. Room service menu is bland. Property was beautiful, outside pool staffa and service was great. Entertaining shows, the entertainment staff do a fabulous job. Drinks are very good.
