The breakfast was quite great. They were doing renovations at the time to one of the other buildings so there was some noise in the later part of the morning, but overall this is a great stay!

A convenient base
If your a traveller like me this is a great base to work from i have been spending weekends here then flying out for weeks in other parts of Ecuador like the Amazon forest. The syaff are very friendly and accommodating to my specific wishes. I pack my carry on for trips and leave my big suit case in storage here, then repack as needed. Storage is only $1/day They also offer laundry service. You can pay as you go or pay for all before leaving. If you want five star this is not the place, but if your a traveler this is place clean, small but charming and convenient to the airport $8 taxi. $25 hotel to Quito historic center.

Close & inexpensive to stay after a late pm flight
This was a very simple place. VERY close to the airport for late night arrivals. Poor gal woke up to check me in at 2am. The room was right under construction that started around 7 am. That was hard after a 3am bedtime. They had a nice breakfast area for an extra charge. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. I was off to Quito in the am. About 35-40 minutes car drive.

Reflection of the price
The good: Super close to the airport, room was clean and quaint. Price for the night was very cheap. The ok: $7 fee for shuttle to the airport. The bad: Room smelt heavily of cleaning chemicals. Made us a little light headed till it dissipated. The front desk rep was nice at check in but at check out never lifted her head from her phone or let us know where to leave the keys. The worst: Absolutely no noise insulation. Plane noise is to be expected close to the airport. But around 3-4am every noise imaginable took place in the courtyard outside our window. Cars revving engines, people talking at the top of their lungs, dogs barking, doors slamming. It was unbearable. Overall: Served its purpose for one night before heading to the airport to fly out. But would not stay here again. Would rather fork over a few more bucks for some peace of mind and ears.

Close to the airport for layovers but nothing else around. The room is nice, private bath, 2 beds. Friendly staff but she didnt speak any English. Dog on site.
